My biggest advice to myself this year is to know when to take a break. I get excited and ride my momentum for too long that by the time I want to take a break, I am already drained. More time for rest means more productive life and work!

As the pandemic continues and the cold Winter months can make our post-holiday blues feel even more gloomy than usual, it’s important to celebrate! Whether it is small occasions like completing a personal or professional goal, a birthday, or anniversary, we need to keep finding reasons to celebrate positive moments!
Ynez’s Suggestions…
Set daily goals! Small achievable goals that make you feel good about your daily efforts. Every morning I take a few moments to write out a small goal list. It looks like this: “Be kind to myself, meditate for 10 minutes, workout for 15 minutes minimum, enjoy working from home with the kids, eat at least two small things good for my body.”
