RD’s Highlights from May…
Prolonged mental and physical exhaustion leads to stress and burnout. Lack of self-care exacerbates the issue and even the simplest tasks become overwhelming. Nate recognized that he was crashing into a wall and needed to immediately put the brakes on and disconnect. Support from the RD team and family, he headed to the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas.

Taking the space to pause and reflect on life and work gave me the fresh perspective I needed to continue with leading such a phenomenal team, and to continue pushing for an even better offering for clients.” – Nate

Michelle and Hannah experienced a working vacation in Scottsdale, AZ in early May. Sunny, warm days were spent enjoying local coffee shops, Maverick was our favorite! spending time with cousins in Phoenix, meeting up with childhood friends by the pool, catching the special flowering cacti at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens and balancing client correspondences and projects in the evening hours!
