First Stop – Charlotte, North Carolina
Nate Ruben, Founder of Ruben Digital Media, set off for the weekend to check in with key clients in the Carolinas. On Thursday we visited with Robert Hemmings and Scott Sobkowski of Campus Furniture (website coming soon). Friday included a club-level night at the Playoff-bound Charlotte Hornets game!
Charlotte Hornets vs. Brooklyn Nets
Did you know that heading into the NBA playoffs, the Charlotte Hornets have been one of the hottest teams in the East? We didn’t, and that made the game even more fun. The Hornets went on to beat Brooklyn easily by a score of 113-99.
Second Stop – Columbia, South Carolina
The main event for the weekend was RDM client Love, Peace and Hip-Hop‘s Hip-Hop Family Day in downtown Columbia. Attendance is estimated around 10,000 people and the weather couldn’t have been better! Official performers included: KRS-One, FatRatDaCzar, NewSC, and many more! While attending the festival, Robert Hemmings had the privelage of running into Irish Golf Legend, Ian Bamford! The two hit it off instantly, and Bamford was in great spirits. What a treat!
